Use Events to organize, manage, and conduct web seminars and other online events. Among other activities, you can make presentations and share your screen. To open the Events application, click Apps > Events. The following list shows an outline of the steps that you follow when hosting an event: Create the event Specify a date and time for the event, and enter a description. Also specify whether participants are asked to supply information when they register and the number and type of emails that the system sends. Advertise the event Generate emails to announce your event, and follow-up after the event with thank-you emails. You can also set up automatic reminders that are sent before the event.
